OUR SERVICES

Country House

Purchases

We would love to assist you with the legal process of purchasing a property!  We always recommend that you have the Contract of Sale reviewed prior to your signing of the Contract so that you know what you are “getting in to” before you buy. We provide a comprehensive written review of the Contract of Sale and Vendor’s Statement prior to your signing, so that you are aware of your obligations under the Contract of Sale. If you have already signed a Contract of Sale and the vendor has accepted your offer, we will guide you through the conveyancing process and advise you of your requirements working with all parties towards the settlement date. Contact us so we can have a more personalised discussion tailored for you!
